Established in 2019, the Tabeer Skills & Educational Center is a transformative initiative focused on empowering women both economically and socially. Born from the vision of giving women the tools to shape their own future, Tabeer provides practical, income-generating skills in a nurturing, supportive environment. It’s more than just a training center—it’s a stepping stone to dignity, confidence, and independence.
At Tabeer, we offer vocational training programs designed to meet real-world demands while honoring cultural values. The center currently offers three core courses:

These programs are thoughtfully structured to equip women with hands-on skills they can immediately apply in home-based or small business setups. Participants are also encouraged to build self-esteem, network with peers, and learn basic entrepreneurial skills, creating pathways to financial autonomy and leadership in their communities.
The impact of Tabeer extends beyond the women we train. A portion of the income generated through Tabeer is reinvested in educating children at Pehla Qadam Academy, creating a beautiful cycle of upliftment. As women gain the power to support themselves, they also help fund the future of the next generation—proving that when one woman rises, entire communities rise with her.
