Free Eye Camps

Free Eye Camps
Access to vision care is a basic human need, yet millions go without it—especially in underserved areas. To bridge this gap, Choose Happiness organizes Free Eye Camps every year, offering essential eye care services to those who need it most. From preliminary eye checkups to full surgeries, our camps are fully funded and completely free for the community.
Each camp is operated in collaboration with qualified ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare volunteers. Individuals are screened for common eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive errors. Based on diagnosis, patients are either provided with corrective glasses or scheduled for further treatment and surgeries—all without any cost.
These camps often take place in rural and low-income urban areas where access to specialized medical care is limited or nonexistent. We ensure that every patient is treated with dignity, care, and attention. For many, it's the first time they’ve ever seen clearly—a life-changing experience that restores not just sight, but confidence and independence.
So far, seven successful eye camps have been organized, benefiting thousands of people. With each new camp, we continue our mission to bring the gift of vision to those who would otherwise remain in the dark—quite literally.
